Pharr & Company is a locally owned and operated, construction company that has served the communities of West Texas for over 30 years.  President, John K. Pharr, and Vice President, Jimmy R. Pharr, entered into the construction business together in 1976 as Pharr & Pharr Enterprises.  Meanwhile, Pharr Construction, owned by the late Cecil Pharr, had been operating since the 1950's.  In 1984 the two companies merged to form the partnership Pharr & Company.  This partnership combined wisdom and experience with new ideas and innovations.  In 1987 the firm changed once again to become a corporate entity.  While some things have changed over the years with in the company, one thing that has never changed is the character of its leaders.  Pharr & Company was founded on the principles of diligence, dedication, and integrity; and after many years of hard work and dedication to their craft, John and Jimmy Pharr were able to establish themselves and usher a family tradition into the 21^st century.
